Memorial Drive, St. Louis MO, 63101, has filed with the Col- orado Division of Minerals and Geology (Division) a permit renewal (RN) application for it's Hayden Gulch Loadout ( Loadout), Permit No. C -92 -081 under Provi- sions of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclama- tion Act of 1979 (Act). The purpose of the renewal application is to extend the existing valid permit to conduct surface coal mining and reclamation activi- ties for another 5 years. No actual mining will be con- ducted under this permit as this Is a coal stockpile and loadout facility and railroad spur. Site activities will consist of coal stockpiling and shipment, routine monitoring and minor maintenance work to assure regulatory compliance. This RN application will not result In any changes to either the disturbed or affect- ed areas. The Loadout is located approximately 2 miles south- east of Hayden, Colorado, and within 100 feet of Routt County Road 37. The USGS 7.5- minute quad- rangle map entitled Mount Harris contains the permit area described below. The general legal description of the permit area is described as: T6N,R88W (all west of the 6th Principle Meridian) Section 10, Portions of E1/2 Section 14, Portions of W1/2 Section 15, Portions of E1/2E1/2 Section 22, Portions of NE1 /4 Section 23, Portions of N1/2N1/2NW1/4 Containing 175.3 acres, all In Routt County. A copy of the permit renewal application Is available for inspection at the Hayden Public Library, 225 East Jefferson Avenue, Hayden, Colorado 81639. Any person having an Interest which Is or may be adversely affected by a decision of the Division regarding the proposed surface coal mining opera- tion, or the officer or head of any Federal, State, or local government agency or authority shall have the right to submit written objections or comments to the Division within 30 days after the publication of this notice.
