The production cell for the loadout is completed in the Yampa <br />River alluvium (see Exhibit 13-1) and piped to the loadout for use. The well is righted <br />for 70 acre-feet/year but projected water uses at the loadout are for only one-half that <br />amount, withdrawals from the well will be derived principally from the Yampa River as the <br />alluvial aquifer is in hydraulic communication with the Yampa River. Considering the <br />typical ffou rates in the Yampa, it is questionable uh ether the affects of [he alluvial <br />well pumpage on Yampa flow could even be measured. As a mi[~gative measure, HGT does not <br />plan to beneficially use the walker Ditth eater right (sold [o HGi along with the loadout) . <br />referenced above and to apply a majority of that water right to offsetting any impacts to <br />6 Revised 04/18/94 <br />
