Wildlife <br />Based on contacts with the Colorado Division of Wildlife (in original permit), there are no critical or <br />important wildlife habitats or wildlife species that will be impacted by the proposed operation. A letter <br />from the Division is attached (from original permit). <br />The area is extremely steep, and in many cases, exceeds a 1 H:1 V slope. There is very little forage for <br />animals and at the elevation of 9300 feet, snow covers the ground for approximately 8.5 months. <br />Yule Quarry January 2014 14 <br />
