Aerial photographs were taken on January 22, 2014 at approximately <br />15:58 PM. Mike Boulay of the DRMS reviewed the aerial photographs. Weather conditions appear to be clear <br />and sunny at the time of the flight. Four photographs were taken during the flyover. The Roadside South Refuse <br />Disposal Area, and the CRDA waste disposal sites (CRDA -I and CRDA -2) are visible in the photographs. The <br />site was snow covered on north facing slopes. There was no activity discernible in the photographs. <br />PROCESSING WASTE /COAL MINE WASTE PILES — Rule 4.10 and 4.11 <br />Drainage Control; Surface Stabilization; Placement: <br />The Roadside South Refuse Disposal Area is shown in attached Photograph No. 1. The CRDA -1 and CRDA -2 <br />waste piles are shown in Photo No. 2. All three refuse piles appeared stable with no erosion or instability evident <br />in the photographs.
