The site is snow covered. The permit area consists of a mostly
reclaimed train load out. The loading structures have been demolished and the facility area regraded, topsoil
replaced, and seeded previously. The rail loop remains. Two ponds remain on site. No personnel remain on the
site. It appear no recent activity has taken place on the permit area, based on the lack of prints in the snow.
HYDROLOGIC BALANCE - Rule 4.05 C Drainage Control 4.05.1, 4.05.2, 4.05.3; Siltation Structures 4.05.5,
4.05.6; Discharge Structures 4.05.7, 4.05.10; Diversions 4.05.4; Impoundments 4.05.6, 4.05.9; Stream Buffer
Zones 4.05.18:
The rail loop pond was visible. (Photo 1)
The truck loop pond was visible and is snow covered as well. Ample freeboard appears to be available to handle
snowmelt should it occur. (Photo 2)
GENERAL MINE PLAN COMPLIANCE:
The Tie Across Haul Road appears plowed and maintained. The driveway and parking area at the
remaining office trailer appears plowed. (Photo 4)
SUPPORT FACILITIES - Rule 4.04:
One trailer has been removed from the office pad area. The western (yellow) trailer remains. Two
vehicles were parked at the parking area at the time of the aerial photographs.
