monitoring program as discussed on revised page 3 -27b; stations 5 and 6. Please update this table
to include the cost to seal these two monitoring stations.
Trapper Response to Comment 37: The costs for sealing only stations 7 and 8 in Table A -13.6, as
submitted in PR7, are correct. Stations 1 through 6 have been removed from the pit area. This concern is
addressed on page 3 -27b under item # 20 above.
38. It is difficult to verify and complete the cost estimate for topsoiling and revegetating certain pit
areas for the reasons discussed in Items 25 and 26 above. The Division cannot release liability for
disturbance that has occurred but has not been phase bond released. Please verify the volumes and
acreages for each topsoiling and revegetation task associated with each pit disturbance to insure that
for each pit area there is enough cost to cover the worst case disturbance for this permit term and
acreages that have not been bond released.
Trapper Response to Comment 38: As per the meeting on November 12, 2013, the issues regarding the
release of liability associated with the Phase Bond Release process as it relates to the PR7 permit revision
were addressed (see item # 27 response).
Please get back to us with any questions, comments or concerns.
Sincerely,
Forrest Luke
Environmental Manager
Trapper Mining Inc.
c PR -07 binder
File 109.2.3.4
