The samples were analyzed on 03/26/2012.
No difficulties were encountered during the conductivity analyses
All quality control parameters were within the acceptance limits.
TOTAL DISSOLVED SOLIDS
Samples FPW (280- 26708 -1), DH -96 (280- 26708 -2), DH -122 (280- 26708 -3), AMW -1 (280- 26708 -4), AMW -2 (280- 26708 -5), and SMW -2
(280- 26708 -6) were analyzed for total dissolved solids in accordance with SM20 2540C. The samples were analyzed on 03/22/2012.
The following TDS sample of batch 112627 used a lower volume due to the nature of the sample matrix: AMW -1 (280- 26708 -4). Elevated
reporting limits (RLs) are provided.
No difficulties were encountered during the TDS analyses.
All quality control parameters were within the acceptance limits.
ANIONS (28 DAYS)
Samples FPW (280- 26708 -1), DH -96 (280- 26708 -2), DH -122 (280- 26708 -3), AMW -1 (280- 26708 -4), AMW -2 (280- 26708 -5), and SMW -2
(280- 26708 -6) were analyzed for anions (28 days) in accordance with EPA Method 300.0. The samples were analyzed on 03/19/2012.
Samples FPW (280- 26708 -1) [5X], DH -96 (280- 26708 -2) [20X], DH -122 (280- 26708- 3)[5X] and [20X], AMW -1 (280- 26708 -4) [10X], AMW -2
(280- 26708 -5) [10X] and [100X], and SMW -2 (280- 26708 -6) [20X] and [100X] required dilution prior to analysis. The reporting limits have
been adjusted accordingly.
No difficulties were encountered during the anions analyses.
All quality control parameters were within the acceptance limits.
HARDNESS
Samples FPW (280- 26708 -1), DH -96 (280- 26708 -2), DH -122 (280- 26708 -3), AMW -1 (280- 26708 -4), AMW -2 (280- 26708 -5), and SMW -2
(280- 26708 -6) were analyzed for hardness in accordance with a calculated method. The samples were analyzed on 03/26/2012.
No difficulties were encountered during the Hardness analyses.
All quality control parameters were within the acceptance limits.
CORROSIVITY (PH)
Samples FPW (280- 26708 -1), DH -96 (280- 26708 -2), DH -122 (280- 26708 -3), AMW -1 (280- 26708 -4), AMW -2 (280- 26708 -5), and SMW -2
(280- 26708 -6) were analyzed for corrosivity (pH) in accordance with SM20 4500 H+ B. The samples were analyzed on 03/17/2012.
No other difficulties were encountered during the pH analyses.
All other quality control parameters were within the acceptance limits
TestAmerica Denver
Page 5 of 31 3/27/2012
