The Division received proof of publication in the Greeley Tribune on <br />November 21, 2013. <br />Acknowledged. <br />2. As required by Rule 1.6.2(e), please submit proof of the notice to all owners <br />of record of surface and mineral rights of the affected land and the owners of <br />record of all land surface within 200 feet of the boundary of the affected land <br />including all easement holders located on the affected land and within 200 <br />feet of the boundary of the affected land. Proof of notice may be return <br />receipts of a Certified Mailing or by proof of personal service. <br />On November 21, 2013, the Division received proof of notice for the adjacent <br />landowners, structure owners and easement owners from the Applicant. <br />Please provide proof of notice for the following landowners and easement <br />holders: <br />a. Doeringsfeld & Aratas Partnership <br />b. Varra Companies, Inc. <br />c. Jack Allmer <br />d. J.W. Duff Aircraft Company, 575 Crosier Avenue #15, Greeley, CO <br />80632 <br />e. Merit Energy Company, 1327 Noel Road, Ste. 1200, Dallas, TX 75240 <br />f. Century Link, 2505 1St Ave., Greeley, CO 80631 — proof of personal <br />service <br />a & b. Varra Companies, Inc.; and as agent for the Aratas Partnership, <br />provided a signed and notarized affidavit of notification, which was included <br />with the other proofs as received by OMLR on 20 November 2013. We have <br />included a copy with this reply. <br />c. Jack Allmer was sent notifications. Postage was sent 15 October and <br />returned over a month later on 11/20/13 as `unclaimed' and `unable to <br />forward,' as shown in the copy of the envelope, and received by us a day <br />after our submittal to OMLR. We have no other address for this individual. <br />d. J.W. Duff Aircraft Company had multiple addresses. Delivery to 575 <br />Crosier Ave. failed; however, Delivery to 675 Airport Road #36 succeeded, <br />as shown in proofs submitted to OMLR on 20 November, and copied in this <br />submittal. Similar to Jack Allmer, the notice sent to 575 Crosier Ave. was <br />sent 15 October and returned over a month later on 11/20/13 as `unclaimed' <br />Varra Companies, Inc.
