Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on December 13, 2013, a minor revision application (MR -23)
to the Hayden Gulch Loadout, Permit No. C- 1992 -081, operated by Hayden Gulch Terminal, LLC, 701
Market Street, Suite 700, St. Louis, MO 63101 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. MR23
provides updates for Owner, Operator and Director Information Tab 3, Attachment 3 -2. All reviews and
comment periods as provided in the Act and Regulations promulgated thereunder initiate from this date of
