lZC0 <br />January 16, 2014 <br />Dear Bob Oswald, <br />STAR MINE OPERATIONS LLC <br />RECEIVED <br />JAN 2 2 2014 <br />DIVISION OF RECLAMATION <br />MINING AND SAFETY <br />Please find enclosed our fourth quarter, 2013 water analysis. These samples were taken both <br />underground and from surface. - <br />UG1 was taken underground at the Yellow Rose discharge. <br />UG2 was taken underground from the main Revenue Drift. <br />UG3 was taken underground at the Cumberland/Atlas Drift. <br />UG4 was taken underground from the main Revenue Drift, upstream of the Cumberland/Atlas. <br />UG5 was taken underground at the Revenue Portal, from the discharge pipe. <br />SW1 was taken on the surface at the Atlas drainage and was totally frozen. <br />SW2 was taken on the surface from Sneffles Creek. <br />SW3 was taken on the surface from the seep from the Revenue Lake. <br />SW4 was taken on the surface from Sneffles Creek at Imogene Bridge. <br />SW5 was taken on the surface from Sneffles Creek and includes the discharge from the mine below <br />the Atlas Drift. <br />SW6 was taken on the surfac at Canyon Creek, below Camp Bird. <br />SW7 was taken on the surface and is the Ouray residential tap water. <br />A copy of this report has been sent to both the Colorado DRMS Office in Denver and to Bob <br />Oswald at the Durango Field Office. <br />Sincerely Yours, <br />Williams <br />Star Mine Operations <br />1675 Larimer St. <br />Suite 820 <br />Denver, CO 80202 <br />(303) 534 -6500 <br />1675 Larimer Street, Suite 820, Denver, CO 80202 Bus: 303 - 534 -6500 Fax: 303 -534 -0102 <br />
