The report was dated
4 January 2014 and received by the Division on 15 January 2014 via e -mail. Thank you for your timely submittal
of this report.
There was no hydrologic sampling conducted or required at the Terror Creek Loadout during the 2013 reporting
year. As noted, there is limited water use for dust suppression and domestic water usage. None of the two
sediment ponds, sediment pond 1 and the dugout pond, discharged during the 2013 reporting year. Based on
the Division's monthly site inspections, these ponds are generally dry or contain very little water.
The Division does not have any questions or comments regarding the 2013 Terror Creek Loadout Annual
Hydrology Report. Please contact me if you have any questions or comments.
https: / /mai l.g oog le.conVmai 1 /u /O / ?ui =2 &i k=e29129fcb5 &\iev-- pt &search =i nboy&th= 143b6ad92dOd4fe7 1 /1
