(EFCI) hereby requests that the <br />Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (DRMS) approve renewal of the <br />existing, valid permit for the Southfield Mine and Loadout. The following responses and <br />information items are included in accordance with Rule 2.08.5(2)(b), which sets forth the <br />requirements for renewal applications. <br />Surface ownership has been updated according to the latest information from the Fremont <br />County Assessor's office. However, concerning Minerals Ownership updates, the Assessor's <br />office currently has several employees absent due to illness and the office was unable to supply <br />the Minerals Ownership information at this time. The information will be submitted under <br />separate cover as soon as it is available. <br />Three (3) copies of each attachment are provided for the Division's files. <br />Completed and signed Application Form for a Permit Renewal.
