Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division has received and reviewed the 2013 Annual Reclamation Report submitted by you <br />for the Coal Ridge No. 1 Mine. The report was submitted in a timely manner and in compliance <br />with Rule 2.04.13 and the approved permit application package. <br />The report indicates that no disturbance or reclamation activities took place during 2013, and <br />that the mine site was sprayed for weeds in the spring of 2013. The reported acreage figures <br />and map are consistent with the Division's records for the site. The reported weed spraying <br />activity is consistent with the Division's inspection observations. <br />The report, as submitted, addresses all of the requirements of the Rules and approved permit <br />application.
