Please be advised that if you are unable to satisfactorily
address any concerns identified in this review before the decision date, it will be your
responsibility to request an extension of the review period. If there are outstanding issues
that have not been adequately addressed prior to the end of the review period, and no
extension has been requested, the Division will deny this application.
1. The Applicant stated in the response to Adequacy Review No.l that the site will be reclaimed
to a post- mining land use of Industrial /Commercial. Please publish a new notice in the newspaper
which reflects the change of the post- mining land use. Also, provide a copy of the new notice
to the adjacent landowners. All applicable deadlines shall begin to run anew and the
Applicant must provide copies of the revised notices to the Division before a final decision is
issued.
2. The Applicant has specified that stormwater BMP's will be installed following reclamation.
The Applicant should note that the BMP's must be removed before final release of
reclamation responsibility.
Office of Office of
Mined Land Reclamation Denver • Grand Junction • Durango Active and Inactive Mines
