The Division is required to make an approval or denial decision no later <br />than January 31, 2014 therefore; a response to the following review concerns should be <br />submitted to the Division as soon as possible. <br />Rule 6.4.4 Exhibit D - Mining Plan <br />3. Please update Exhibit C to indicate all adjoining surface owners of record and show the <br />owner's name, type of structures, and location of all significant, valuable, and permanent <br />man -made structures contained on the area of affected land and within two hundred (200) <br />feet of the affected land as required by Rule 6.4.3 (a) and (g) along the western boundary. <br />The following landowners should be indicated at minimum; Xcel Energy, Weld County, DCP <br />Midstream, City of Greeley, North Weld County Water, Sorin Natural Resources, Dust and <br />Dirt Excavating and 2025 Investments. <br />Please be advised the Loloff Mine technical revision may be deemed inadequate, and the <br />application may be denied on January 31, 2014 unless the above mentioned adequacy review <br />items are addressed to the satisfaction of the Division.
