On Site Processine: <br />Solution (SO) � El Chemical (CH) ]a Thermal (TH) <br />Heap Leach (HL) _a Vat Leach (VL) <br />List any designated chemicals or acid - producing materials to be used or stored within permit area: Onsite processing also includes a flotation <br />and carbon -in -pulp mill. Sodium cyanide, dilute cyanide solution, hydroxide and hydrochloric acid, potassium amly xanthate, dithophosphate and frother <br />are used in the benefication processes. A more complete discussion of these chemicals and usage in the high grade milli facilities, adsorption, desorption, <br />Description of Amendment: and recovery facilities, and at the valley leach facilities is contained in the Project Description. <br />If you are amending or converting an existing operation, provide a brief narrative describing the proposed change(s): <br />Mine Life Extension 2 will provide additional mining in the Main Cresson Mine, the Wildhorse Extension of the East Cresson Mine, and the North <br />Cresson Mine to include the extension of the Schist Island Mine area and the Globe Hill Mine area. Ore will be processed at new high grade mill facilities <br />and at a new valley leach facility to be constructed in Squaw Gulch (SGVLF) The SGVLF will include an adsorption, desorption, and recovery facility. <br />The East Cresson Overburden Storage Area wil be extended and the Squaw Gulch Overburden Storage Area wil be modified to accommodate the SGVLF. <br />See the accompanying Project Description for additional Information. <br />
