O. Box 191, Victor, CO 80860; <br />(719) 689 -4059, submitted a request for partial acreage release for the Cresson Project, Permit <br />No. M- 1980 -244. The hard rock/metal mining operation is located at or near Section 30, <br />Township 15S, Range 69W, 06th Prime Meridian, in Teller County. <br />Written comments or objections to the release may be submitted to, and additional information <br />obtained from, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room <br />215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866 -3567. Comments or objections should be submitted <br />within 15 days.
