MANAGEMENT <br />�Q <br />OMMN�N� PNO <br />Please accept this letter as the 2013 Annual Hydrologic Report for the Coal Ridge No. 1 <br />Mine. This report is for the 2013 calendar year. <br />The Coal Ridge No. 1 Mine was reclaimed during 1994. Until the mine was reclaimed, <br />eight wells were monitored (LO -1, OW -31-, OW -7, OW -8, OW -12, OW -13, OW -14 & OW- <br />15). The groundwater monitoring wells were reclaimed late in 1994 and early in 1995. No <br />groundwater monitoring was performed or required during 2013 (reference table 4.6 -1 <br />page 4 -85). <br />The monitoring program no longer includes the requirements of Colorado Discharge Permit <br />System Industrial General Permit Facility Number COG - 850005 (CDPS Permit) since it <br />was given an inactive status effective September 30, 2004. <br />There was no discharge from the sediment pond during the year.
