The Division has completed the review of the inclusion of an Environmental Protection Plan
for JD -9 Mine, Permit Amendment AM -02. The amendment received a timely objection from
INFORM. Therefore, staff respectfully requests that you appoint Steve Renner to act as a Pre
Hearing Conference Officer prior to the scheduled Mined Land Reclamation Board Hearing on
February 19, 2014. The Pre - hearing Conference is preliminarily scheduled for February 6, 2014.
Mr. Renner has indicated his willingness to act as the PHC Officer and is available that date.
