EXHIBIT H —WILDLIFE INFORMATION <br />The information provided in this Exhibit is intended to satisfy the requirements outlined in Section <br />6.4.8 of the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board Construction Material Rules and <br />Regulations: <br />(1) The Operator /Applicant shall include in this Exhibit, a description of the game and <br />non game resources on and in the vicinity of the application area, including, <br />a) A description of the significant wildlife resources on the affected land; <br />This information is provided in the attached Exhibit H Wildlife Information, prepared by <br />Savage and Savage environmental firm, located at 4610 Haystack Drive, Windsor, <br />Colorado 80550, based on a site investigation conducted on July 1, 2013. <br />b) Seasonal use of the area; <br />This information is provided in the attached Exhibit H Wildlife Information, prepared by <br />Savage and Savage environmental firm, located at 4610 Haystack Drive, Windsor, <br />Colorado 80550, based on a site investigation conducted on July 1, 2013. <br />c) Threatened or endangered species, <br />The attached Savage and Savage Exhibit H Wildlife Information included an <br />evaluation for threatened and endangered species. In addition, Savage and Savage <br />contacted Chris Mettenbrink of the Colorado Division of Wildlife on July 1, 2013 to <br />discuss any potential threats to "species of special concern" at the site.
