All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M- 2000 -149 remain in full <br />force and effect. <br />The estimated liability amount of $49,700.00 exceeds the $49,000.00 performance bond currently <br />held. If you have not already done so, please submit additional bond in the amount of $700.00. <br />The conversion application will not be final until the bond is approved by the Division. <br />The Operator committed to disturbing no greater than 14.58 acres (Area 1 and Area 2).
