Pineda <br />Director <br />The Division has reviewed Hayden Gulch Terminal, LLC's (HGT) 2012 Annual Reclamation <br />Report (ARR) for the Hayden Gulch Loadout (HGLO) for compliance with Rule 2.04.13. The <br />Annual Reclamation Report was due to the Division on March 31, 2013. March 31, 2013 fell on <br />a non - business day, Sunday. The report was received by the Division on April 1, 2013. Receipt <br />of the HGLO 2012 ARR was in compliance with the submittal date commitment in the PAP. <br />The HGLO is a partially reclaimed coal train load out /load in. Dismantling of the loading <br />structures and regrading topsoil replacement, and seeding of the facilities area was conducted in <br />2011. <br />Please find the Division's comments regarding the review of the 2012 ARR.
