Project: Refuse Pile <br />Location: Foidel Creek Mine <br />Client: Twentymile Coal Co. <br />Work Performed: <br />NWCC, INC. <br />FIELD REPORT <br />Project No.: 99 -3983 <br />Report No.: 73 <br />Date: <br />10/18/13 <br />Time: <br />5.0 <br />Mileage: <br />45 <br />Engr. /Tech: <br />CR <br />As requested, we visited the project site on today's date and conducted compaction test No's 506 through 511 on <br />the material being placed for the Refuse Pile. <br />Twenty Mile Coal Company crews placed and compacted processed waste coal in the Refuse Pile Expansion. <br />We also obtained a sample of waste coal and returned it to our laboratory in Steamboat Springs, CO for standard <br />checkpoint Proctor testing. The sample matched a previous Proctor (12P) completed for this project. <br />Remarks: <br />The material tested today generally met project specifications for compaction. <br />Please refer to attached sheet for results of today's testing. <br />Verbal Discussions: <br />Twentymile Coal Co. was notified of today's test results. <br />Site specific safety training was also updated prior to testing. <br />
