The company will retain a workforce of approximately 20 people to <br />maintain the mine and prepare for future operations. The pumps have been pulled from the <br />boreholes. Oxbow is presently evaluating future mine plans but in the near term, we do not <br />anticipate re- establishing the outfall until we determine those mine plans. <br />If you have any questions or comments, please contact me at (970) 929 -5806. <br />Sincerely, <br />ames A.
