The bond release application was <br />submitted by Seneca Coal Company, LLC on <br />November 15, 2012. Seneca Coal Compary <br />requested Phase I bond release on 138.7 ac- <br />res and a financial liability reduction of ap- <br />proximately $1,090,188 associated with the <br />bond release area The Division proposed to <br />partially approved Seneca Coal Campenies <br />request and will grant Phase I bond release <br />on 127.65 acres and will reduce their re- <br />quired liability by $801,465.00. The al- <br />fected area is located In Routt County, ap- <br />proximately 9 miles South of Hayden, Colo- <br />rado. <br />Copes of the proposed decision are availa- <br />ble for review at the Colorado Divisbn of <br />Reclamation, Minng and Safety office, 1313 <br />Sherman Street, Room 215, Denver, Colo- <br />rado 80203, and on the Division's website at <br />http://rriNng.state.co.tistneportsiMiririgData <br />/Pages/ImagedDocrmentData.aspx.
