Jason,
With Mr. Mitzelfeld's permission, our surveyors resurveyed points 101 and 102 on Friday, 01/03/14. The northing and
easting for each point are unchanged. The elevations for each point increased slightly, most likely due to frost heave in
the area. Please refer to the attached revised survey spreadsheet dated 01/03/14. Thus there is no subsidence in the areas
surveyed.
Also attached are several photos of the fuel tank taken on 01/03/14. Photo "IMG0159 jpg" shows a bent leg. The bent leg
has a rusted spot near the kink, indicating tha* the leg has been bent for a while. Photo "IMG 0163 jpg" shows a fallen tree
to the right of the fallen tank. The trees branches have been removed. Not knowing when the tree fell, I would suspect
that the tree branches could have played a role in the tank falling even if the fuel tank did not fall at the same time that the
tree fell.
One of the surveyors that completed the initial survey at the fuel tank on or about 10/24/12 does not remember if the tree
was fallen at the time of the 10/24/12 survey.
