The Division received your adequacy response package for TR -56, prepared on behalf of Bowie
Resources, LLC (BRL), on January 3, 2014.
The proof of publication for the Public Notice has not been submitted, so the Division is not yet able to
determine the closing date of the period for public comment. No comments have been received as of this
writing. Please submit the Proof of Publication at your earliest convenience.
Adequacy Items
1. DBMS 12/19: The Division conducted a check of the Applicant Violator System (AVS) using
the information provided in the TR -56 application. This check identified a number of
discrepancies. Please review the attached document, and provide revised information as
necessary.
DRMS 01/07: Revised pages 2.03 -36, -37 & -38 were submitted, as requested. However, two
names are missing from Bowie Resources Partners, LLC (page 2.03 -38): John DeRosa (Director,
start date 8/16/2013) and Paul Warner (Vice President, start date 8/26/2013). Please submit a
revised page 2.43 -35.
2. DRMS 12/19: In Section 2.03 of the permit, the style of page numbering on the first the pages
(1, 2, and 3) differs from that utilized in the remainder of the section (e.g. 2.03 -4, 2.03 -5, etc.).
Please use this opportunity to revise the numbering style of the first three pages to be consistent
with that used elsewhere in the section.
DRMS 01/07: Revised pages 2.03 -1, -2, and -3 were submitted, as requested. This item is
resolved.
