Pineda <br />Director <br />RE: Munger Canyon Mine, Permit C- 1981 -020 <br />2013 Third Quarter Discharge Monitoring Reports <br />Mr. Stover, <br />The Division has completed its review of Munger Canyon Mine's third quarter discharge monitoring report of 2013 and <br />finds it in compliance of the following rules: <br />Rule 4.05. 131(2)(a)(1) — samples were measured accurately with quantity and quality recorded. <br />Rule 4.05.13(2)(a)(ii) — No indications of noncompliance with the permit condition or applicable standards occurred <br />during the third quarter of 2013.
