South, Range 63 West of the Sixth Principal Meridian, Pueblo County, Colorado, being more particularly
described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the southerly right of way line of U.S. Highway No. 50 B and the westerly
right of way line of Nyberg Road from which the SE corner of Section 28 of said Township 20 South,
Range 63 West bears N 81 022'17 "W (bearings based on the south line of said Section 28 monumented at
the SE Corner with an axle and at the SW corner with a 2 1/2" aluminum monument PLS 16128 assumed
to bear N 89 159'18 "W) a distance of 12093.01 feet; thence S00 015'02 "E along said westerly right of
way line of Nyberg Road a distance of 1137.25 feet; thence S89 044'58 "W a distance 1424.62 feet;
thence N 00 114'53" a distance of 1321.63 feet to a point on said southerly right of way line of U.S.
Highway No 50 B; thence easterly along said southerly right of way line a distance of 932 feet more or
less to the POINT OF BEGINNING.
