EXHIBIT A— Leeal Description
The pit will encompass a total of 22.5 acres, described as the west 1,400' of the south 750' of
the SE4 Section 21, T7N, R43W of the 6th P.M., Phillips County, Colorado. This is a 14.2 acre
expansion of the existing 9.9 acre pit. Delineator boundary posts will be set to mark the pit
areas as shown on the map.
