During the <br />report year ending December 31, 2013, excavation/fill activity was conducted under a U. S. Army <br />Corps of Engineers Nation Wide 44 Permit, File No. NWO- 2009 - 356 -DEN. The disturbance <br />associated with that permit activity was .23 acres, noted as Wetlands C, D and E on the map <br />which has been enclosed as the map required for this annual report to the Division. <br />The minimal activity noted above is the first disturbance that has occurred at the Longmont <br />Operation site (also known as Tull Farm).
