Hickenlooper <br />Governor <br />Mike King <br />Executive Director <br />Loretta Pineda <br />Director <br />Re: Carr Gravel Resource, Acreage Reduction Approval, Permit M1988 -048, Revision <br />AR01 <br />Mr. Fields: <br />On December 30, 2013, the Colorado Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety approved <br />your request for release of a portion of the permit area from further reclamation responsibility. <br />The total permit area was reduced to 794.00 acres, through the release of 618.00 acres in this <br />permit action. Because the permit is not totally released, you are still liable for filing annual <br />reports and fees.
