This relocation of the existing radio relay <br />tower was not included in the original application for AM 10. <br />In response to your correspondence of December 16, 2013 on TR -69 and subsequent phone <br />conversations on the need to exchange an equivalent parcel from the disturbed category to <br />compensate for the new tower site please find enclosed with this letter our Request for the <br />Partial Release of Permitted Area, Exhibit 1 which shows the 0.5 acre release area and 3 <br />updated copies of permit drawing C -4 showing the revised line of the South Cresson minus the <br />0.5 acres, the radio tower and an updated key which includes the VLF boundary. <br />We believe that the enclosed application will meet the need DMRS identified to swap an <br />equivalent amount of land from the existing disturbed category to cover the 0.41 acres needed for <br />the radio tower, which while outside the disturbed area of the South Cresson portion of the Main <br />Cresson mining area is within the AM 10 boundary. <br />
