On December 18, 2013 the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety (Division) received your
Notice of Intent to Conduct Prospecting Operations (NOI) application. The NOI was considered
to be submitted on December 24, 2013. The Division posted the non - confidential form (Form 2)
on the Office website on December 24, 2013 in accordance with the requirements of Rule 5.1.3.
Any public comment or request for disclosure of information designated as confidential
regarding the NOI must be received by the Office no later than ten (10) working days after the
notice was posted on the Office website (January 9, 2014).
The Division will begin its review of the NOI and will contact you within twenty (20) working
days of the posting date (January 24, 2014) regarding any deficiencies or if the review indicates
the proposed operations are considered to be mining, rather than prospecting.
