Method <br />The inspection is based on an examination of only those portions of the premises which were <br />readily accessible and could be visually inspected. No inspection was performed in areas which <br />were obstructed, concealed or closed off. No inspection was performed in areas which required <br />the dismantling, removal or movement of any object including, but not limited to, floor and wall <br />coverings, sidings, ceilings, floors, furniture and appliances. <br />The condition of the premises may change after the date of inspection due to factors such as <br />weather, fire, moisture, leaks, actions taken by the owner or others, or the passage of time. This <br />report describes the condition of the premises at the time of inspection. <br />General Information <br />The single story house has a basement and was built around 1910. The residence has a concrete <br />and rock foundation, is finished with stucco and has a corrugated metal roof and a metal <br />chimney. There is a concrete pad on the east. A gravel drive approaches from the south. The <br />structure faces east. No broken glass was found. <br />Roof and porch drainage appear adequate. There is a rain gutter on the east face and there are no <br />downspouts. Drainage is to earth. The lot is flat and drainage flows west. There was no erosion <br />near the residence, wall alignment appeared straight and there was no evidence of settlement. <br />The residence uses well water, LPG boiler and pellet stove heating, and has a septic system. <br />The well is 220 feet deep with 6 inch steel casing to 200 feet. The recharge rate was 15 gallons <br />per minute on 2/28/1972. A well questionnaire form is attached. <br />There is a corrugated metal carport on a concrete pad northeast of the residence <br />The shop northeast of the residence and an apartment north of the residence were also inspected. <br />The original portion of the shop in the southwest corner is an old stacked stone building. The <br />newer main portion of the shop is built around and over the stone building. The remainder of the <br />building is finished with wood siding or metal siding and the roof is finished with tarpaper or <br />corrugated metal and is on a concrete pad. There are three broken west windows in the shop. <br />
