The log residence has a concrete foundation, a
corrugated metal roof, and has a metal chimney. There are wood decks on west and south faces.
There is an earth drive to the north side entrance. The structure faces south. One broken upper
level west face window was found.
Roof and porch drainage are adequate. There are rain gutters and downspouts and drainage is to
earth. The lot is hilly, with drainage flowing south. No erosion was found near the structure,
wall alignment appeared straight and there was no evidence of settlement. The residence uses
hauled water, wood stove and in -floor heating, and has a septic system.
The outbuilding is north of the residence, is finished with corrugated metal siding and roof, and
houses three water tanks.
Sincerely,
 0; "
Mark L.
