It was placed in its current location in the late 1960's. There is a concrete
porch and a concrete sidewalk on the east. The structure faces east. No broken glass was found.
Roof and porch drainage are adequate. There are no rain gutters or downspouts and drainage is
to earth. The lot is flat with drainage flowing west. No erosion was found near the structure,
wall alignment appeared straight and there was no evidence of settlement. The residence uses
well water, LPG heating, and has a septic system.
There is a carport with concrete pad east of the residence. There is a root cellar south of the
residence and a well house southwest of the residence.
Sincerely,
   C. i
Mark L. Burgus, PG
Geophysicist
