Method
The inspection is based on an examination of only those portions of the premises which were
readily accessible and could be visually inspected. No inspection was performed in areas which
were obstructed, concealed or closed off. No inspection was performed in areas which required
the dismantling, removal or movement of any object including, but not limited to, floor and wall
coverings, sidings, ceilings, floors, furniture and appliances.
The condition of the premises may change after the date of inspection due to factors such as
weather, fire, moisture, leaks, actions taken by the owner or others, or the passage of time. This
report describes the condition of the premises at the time of inspection.
General Information
The greenhouse is about 5 years old, has a gravel floor and faces north. An earthen drive
approaches from the north. The structure is constructed with both rigid and flexible plastic as
well as steel. The lot is flat with drainage flowing in all directions. No erosion was found near
the structure, alignment appeared straight, and there was no evidence of settlement. The
structure is in excellent condition. The greenhouse uses well water, electric and LPG heating.
The wood - framed chicken coop is supported by poles in earth (in the larger section) and is
finished with corrugated metal siding and roof. The larger section has both an earthen and
concrete floor. The smaller section is on a concrete slab. The structure is about 15 years old or
older. Roof drainage is adequate. No erosion was found near the structure, wall alignment was
straight, and there was no evidence of settlement. There was no broken glass.
The 15 year old shop is built on a concrete slab that is in excellent condition (no cracks found).
It is finished with corrugated metal siding and roof and has a metal chimney. Roof drainage is
adequate. There are no gutters or downspouts and drainage is to earth. There was no evidence
of erosion or settlement. The east face is slightly out of alignment. The shop is heated with both
LPG and a wood stove.
The pump house sits on a large concrete slab and is finished with wood siding and has a
corrugated metal roof. Roof drainage is adequate. There was no erosion found near the
structure, wall alignment appeared straight, and there was no evidence of settlement. The
structure is heated with electricity.
