Method <br />The inspection is based on an examination of only those portions of the premises which were <br />readily accessible and could be visually inspected. No inspection was performed in areas which <br />were obstructed, concealed or closed off. No inspection was performed in areas which required <br />the dismantling, removal or movement of any object including, but not limited to, floor and wall <br />coverings, sidings, ceilings, floors, furniture and appliances. <br />The condition of the premises may change after the date of inspection due to factors such as <br />weather, fire, moisture, leaks, actions taken by the owner or others, or the passage of time. This <br />report describes the condition of the premises at the time of inspection. <br />General Information <br />Uninhabited Antonelli Modular Residence <br />The uninhabited modular residence is supported by screw jacks on a concrete pad. There is a <br />stacked cinderblock skirt around the perimeter. The structure was placed here in the late 1970's, <br />is finished with weathered composite siding and has an asphalt shingle roof with missing and <br />loose shingles and has a metal chimney. There is water damage to the ceiling inside. There is a <br />concrete front porch and there are front and rear concrete sidewalks. The structure faces east. <br />No broken windows were found. <br />Roof and porch drainage appear adequate. There are rain gutters and downspouts. All drainage <br />is to earth. The lot is flat with drainage flowing in all directions. There was no erosion near the <br />structure, wall alignment appeared straight and there was no evidence of settlement. <br />The modular residence uses well water, LPG heating, and has a septic system. <br />
