Method
The inspection is based on an examination of only those portions of the premises which were
readily accessible and could be visually inspected. No inspection was performed in areas which
were obstructed, concealed or closed off. No inspection was performed in areas which required
the dismantling, removal or movement of any object including, but not limited to, floor and wall
coverings, sidings, ceilings, floors, furniture and appliances.
The condition of the premises may change after the date of inspection due to factors such as
weather, fire, moisture, leaks, actions taken by the owner or others, or the passage of time. This
report describes the condition of the premises at the time of inspection.
General Information
The one story manufactured home was located here in the 1979. The residence rests on concrete
footers and screw jacks with mortared block perimeter walls. The residence is finished with
composite siding and has an asphalt shingle roof and metal chimney. There is a front wooden
porch with concrete landing, there is a concrete pad and carport on the east end, and there is an
east concrete porch and ramp. The structure faces south. No broken glass was found.
Roof and porch drainage appear adequate. There are no rain gutters or downspouts and all
drainage is to earth. The lot is flat with drainage flowing in all directions. There was no erosion
found near the structure, wall alignment appeared straight and there was no evidence of
settlement. The residence uses well water, LPG and wood stove heating, and has a septic
system.
Sincerely,
7;01
Mark L. Burgus, PG
Geophysicist
