Method The inspection is based on an examination of only those portions of the premises which were readily accessible and could be visually inspected. No inspection was performed in areas which were obstructed, concealed or closed off. No inspection was performed in areas which required the dismantling, removal or movement of any object including, but not limited to, floor and wall coverings, sidings, ceilings, floors, furniture and appliances. The condition of the premises may change after the date of inspection due to factors such as weather, fire, moisture, leaks, actions taken by the owner or others, or the passage of time. This report describes the condition of the premises at the time of inspection. General Information The residence was built in 1981 and has a concrete foundation with full finished basement. The residence is finished with composite wood siding, has a corrugated metal roof and a concrete block chimney (top two blocks appear to be loose). There is a concrete patio on the south face and two concrete pads on the east face. A gravel drive approaches from the west. No broken glass was found in the residence and it faces south. Roof and porch drainage appear adequate. There are no rain gutters or downspouts. All drainage is to earth. The lot is hilly and drainage flows north. There was no erosion near the residence, wall alignment appeared straight and there was no evidence of settlement. The residence uses well water, LPG, wood, and coal stove heating, and has a septic system. The water well is about 300 feet deep, is cased with PVC, has a water level at about 240 feet deep, and the pump was replaced about six or seven years ago. There is a shed south of the residence, and a garage/shop and two outbuildings east of the residence. There is an outbuilding/barn further east. The garage/shop is built on a concrete pad, finished with composite and metal siding and has a corrugated metal roof.
