Annual Groundwater Monitoring Report 2013 <br />Dear Mr. Cazier: <br />This report summarizes the results of semi - annual attempts to obtain groundwater samples from MW -005 <br />during Calendar Year 2013. Pursuant to the Revised Groundwater Schedule (TR -03) approved by DRMS <br />on April 17, 2013, semi - annual attempts are required with results to be submitted annually. <br />Contour Engineering checked groundwater levels at MW -005 on April 13, 2013 and November 15, 2013. <br />On both occasions Contour Engineering reported that the well was dry and no groundwater samples were <br />obtained. Contour's reports are enclosed with this letter. <br />Also as required by TR -03, MW -001A, MW -002, MW -003 and MW -004 were properly plugged and <br />abandoned on April 12, 2013, and the required reports were submitted to the Office of the State Engineer <br />on April 16, 2013 <br />Please contact me if you have questions about this report. <br />Enclosure <br />Sincerely, <br />1 <br />a t <br />Barbara T.
