O'Connor Blvd., Suite 200 , Irving, TX 75039; (972) 969 -5693, submitted a request for <br />financial warranty reduction for the Jemadojin Sand Mine, Permit No. M- 2006 -017. The construction <br />materials extraction operation is located at or near Section 34, Township 16S, Range 62W, 06th Prime <br />Meridian, in El Paso County. <br />Written comments or objections to the financial warranty reduction may be submitted to, and additional <br />information obtained from, the Division of Reclamation, Mining and Safety, 1313 Sherman Street, Room <br />215, Denver, Colorado 80203, (303) 866 -3567. Comments or objections should be submitted within 15 <br />days.
