Hi Marcia - Bowie Resources, LLC has submitted TR84 for the Bowie No. 2 Mine, to reconfigure Gob Pile 43,
increasing the steepness of the slopes. I am requesting your assistance in reviewing the proposal for compliance
with Rules 4.09, 4.10, and 4.11. 1 will deem the revision complete today, so my adequacy review will need to be
completed by January 17, 2014. 1 am requesting your adequacy comments by January 16, 2014, please. It is
my understanding that Tamme Bishop sent you a copy of the submittal. Please let me know if you need any
other information to complete your review.
