Preliminary Adequacy Review
Dear Mr. Stover:
The Division received your application for TR -56, prepared on behalf of Bowie Resources, LLC (BRL),
on November 26, 2013. The application was deemed complete for purposes of filing on December 5,
2013. The proof of publication for the Public Notice has not been submitted, so the Division is not yet
able to determine the closing date of the period for public comment. No comments have been received as
of this writing.
With TR -56, BRL seeks to update the permit to reflect changes in the company's ownership and control,
The application included revised pages 2 thru 3 and 2.03 -36 thru 2.0345 of permit section 2.03.4,
Identification of Interests.
Adequacy Items
The Division conducted a check of the Applicant Violator System (AVS) using the information
provided in the TR -56 application. This check identified a number of discrepancies. Please
review the attached document, and provide revised information as necessary.
2. In Section 2.03 of the permit, the style of page numbering on the first the pages (l, 2, and 3)
differs from that utilized in the remainder of the section (e.g. 2,03 -4, 2.03-5, etc.). Please use this
opportunity to revise the numbering style of the first three pages to be consistent with that used
elsewhere in the section.
