According to our records, <br />the following problems were to be resolved on or before December 15, 2013. Listed below are <br />descriptions and corrective actions for the problems. Please resolve the corrective actions and provide <br />evidence of such resolution on or before January 17, 2014. <br />Please note that if the corrective actions are not properly addressed, and evidence provided to the Division <br />by the date provided above, the listed problems could be escalated to the level of possible violations and <br />would then be referred to the Mined Land Reclamation Board for further action. <br />Problem/Corrective Action Description: <br />The Operator has ceased production of the mining operation for 180 days or more. The operator shall file <br />for Temporary Cessation. <br />If the problems have already been remedied, please provide evidence of their completion.
