Addendum to: 2008 Request to Retain Permanent Features on the Postmine Landscape
As an owner of surface lands within the Seneca II -W Mine permit area (Permit No. C -82 -057), it is
hereby requested that Light -use Road LU -1, 1A and 1B (as re- aligned in Section 15, TSN, R88W) located
on Sage Creek Holdings property be left as permanent features following final reclamation of the Seneca
II -W Mine site.
