REQUEST TO RETAIN A ROAD AS A PERMANENT FEATURE <br />To Whom It May Concern: <br />As an Owner of surface lands within the Seneca I1-W Minc permit area, it is hereby requested that <br />approximately 1,410 feet of existing road (1-laul Road "G") in Section 9, T5N, R88W, be left as a <br />permanent feature following final reclamation of the Seneca I1-W Mine.
