PERMANENT MAN -MADE STRUCTURES EXHIBIT S <br />The following is an inventory of man -made structures within 200 feet of the disturbed area. All <br />of these structures are shown on Maps C -1, C -2, and F. The landowner boundaries are shown on <br />Map C -1. A geotechnical demonstration of the stability of the pit side slopes can be found in <br />Exhibit U. <br />1. Twenty structures owned by neighboring property owners just east of the permit area. <br />2. Biebels No. 1 and 2 Ditch running along the west and north sides of the pit. A minimum <br />30' buffer will be maintained from the ditch. <br />3. A set of eleven ranch structures north of the main pit. The only portion of the permit they <br />are within 200 feet of is the access road and office area. <br />4. US Highway 50 is within 200 feet of the permit, but only that which encompasses the <br />access road. <br />5. A set of power poles runs through the property on the northeast corner. These poles are <br />owned by the Gunnison County Electric. <br />6. Several wells are within 200 feet of the disturbed area.
