An AVS check for the TR -2 application for CAM- Colorado, LLC has been completed. The ownership and control
information provided by them is not consistent with the information in AVS. AVS has Officers listed that are not
included in the Officers/Directors list that was provided for Rhino Energy LLC. The following officers are listed in AVS;
Brian Aug as Vice President start date of 8/5/2013, Whitney Kagley as General Counsel, Vice President and Secretary
with a start date of 7/16/2012 and Christopher Walton as President with a start date of 8/19/2013 and CEO with a start
date of 10/21/2013. The Division will need an updated list of Officers/Directors list from CAM- Colorado, LLC. The
following officers are listed on the Directors /Officers list but are not listed in AVS; David Zatezalo as President and CEO
with a start of 9/4/2009, Joseph Miller as Vice President and Secretary with a start date of 1/3/2007, Andrew Cox is listed
as VP of Sales with a start date of 1/22/2007, Jay Maymudes is listed as VP, Secretary and Treasurer with a start date of
6/26/2003, Arthur Amron is listed as VP and Assistant Secretary with a start date of 6/26/2003, Paul Jacobi is listed as VP
with a start date of 6/26/2003, and Corey Heaps is listed as VP of Western Operations with a start date of 9/1/2010 please
provide the Division with end dates for these officer's if they are no longer in office.
Information provided on the Directors /Officers list for Wexford Capital LLC needs to be updated all the Officers listed
according to AVS have end dates of 3/16/2009.
AVS has an Officer listed that is not included in the Officers/Directors list that was provided for Solitairy LLC. The
following officer is listed in AVS; Joseph Jacobs as President with a start date of 7/15/2003. The following Officers were
listed on the Directors /Officers list provided to the Division but are no longer listed in AVS; Fredrick Simon as President
with a start date of 4/22/1998, Mark Zand as VP with a start date of 7/15/2003, and Kennith Rubin as VP with a start date
of 7/15/2003 please provide end dates for these officer's if they are no longer in office.
CAM- Colorado, LLC provided the Division with a Officers/Directors list for Wexford Spectrum Advisors, LLC and
Wexford Spectrum Fund L.P., AVS has no listings for these companies please provide the Division with updated lists so
that AVS can be updated.
